## We don't claim therapeutic outcomes. We run a session every pupil can take part in, with respect for the culture it comes from.
How it runs
## One lesson, start to finish.

1. 01Before
### Set-up
15 min
Before pupils arrive, we walk the space with a member of staff.
2. 02Live
### Welcome and warm-up
10 min
Where bhangra comes from, then a warm-up with seated and standing options.
3. 03Live
### The routine
35 min
One short routine, built a phrase at a time, with a break in the middle.
4. 04Live
### Finish
15 min
A final run-through together, then a slower sequence before pupils head back to lessons.
5. 05After
### Clear-down
10 min
The space goes back exactly as we found it.
Based on a 60-minute session. Shorter lesson slots are planned with you.
A pupil who doesn't want to join in can watch, help with the music or join for one section. No one is called out in front of the group.
